Ever wonder how a content creator in Los Angeles lives? In this episode of ITK: Do You Live Here, digital creator Steven Fingar (@stevenfingar), who specializes in lifestyle and home style, gives us a tour of his chic one-bedroom apartment with multiple fireplaces, plants galore, gorgeous views and a private elevator.
First, Steven shows us his office, where he takes client meetings. The room’s highlight is Steven’s Zoom backdrop: A white wall decorated with a mid-century credenza featuring a record player, oil diffuser and plants. On the wall above it hangs wooden honeycomb shelves, each holding another plant and some candles.

Next, we see the living room: A large, airy space with lots of natural lighting. In the center sits a white sleeper sofa, which Steven says is great for napping. The black coffee table in front of it holds art books, candles and an angular black candlestick – Steven’s favorite accent piece in the room. In the corner of the room is a fireplace, which was original to the room. Steven had it retiled with black square subway tiles set into stacks to match the rest of the home’s aesthetic. Stevens reading nook is the back corner of the room, furnished with a comfortable black leather chair and lamp for an ambient vibe.
The living room features French doors out to the apartment’s patio, offering gorgeous views of the city.
Steven then takes us into the primary bedroom, a calming space decorated with a muted, neutral color palette. The room features a bed, armchair and end tables, as well as a fireplace to match the one in the living room.

From here, Steven leads us into the ensuite bathroom. The walk-in shower doubles as a steam shower that Steven says is great after a workout or on a chilly night.
The next room in the tour is the kitchen, designed with white cabinets, white countertops and white subway tile backsplash. It features a Wi-Fi-enabled stove, espresso machine and a fully stocked bar cabinet, among all the usual fixtures.
Finally, Steven leads us out through his private elevator that brings him down to the building’s garage.
